We have taken the inevitable decision to cancel our June concert. We all would like to get back making music as quickly as possible.

If during this period of lockdown you’ve managed to get back into playing and would like to play in an orchestra whenever that might be possible in the future, please drop us a line and we can talk to you about what we are doing, how we are supporting our members.

As soon as there is clearer guidance about when we can return we will of course update you. In the meantime if you’d like to keep up to date with our latest goings on, please follow us on facebook: https://www.facebook.com/hayesorch/

The Hayes Symphony Orchestra is a friendly amateur orchestra based in South East London.

We play full orchestral music, mostly from the classical and romantic periods, as well as some baroque and modern pieces, including film scores. HSO give three concerts a year, each with nine weekly rehearsals on a Wednesday evening.

We are a very warm and inclusive orchestra, made up of players of all ages from students to senior citizens. If you would like to join us we  welcome new players and regularly have vacancies.
